Even though the meat stayed less than an hour in the fridge, it was just delicious! We both loved it and I will certainly make it regularly

This was excellent! The marinating time took the longest. Cooked quickly. Meat was tender and delicious. I served with beef flavored rice a roni and steamed broccoli. Even the pickiest of eaters would eat this.

So so good! Very simple to make - really, the hardest part was waiting for it to marinate because it smells so so good when prepping it! I made it with white rice and had some onions and green bell peppers that I sautéed on the side. The house smelt delicious and the FamBam came downstairs pretty quickly to see what was happening in the kitchen ... they devoured it!! Honestly I probably could’ve played better, but by the time I served it up for myself, I was ready to eat! Yummm!

So Yummy! I ended up marinating it a little longer but it turned out great.
