- 10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (minced, if you dont have fresh, just used dried but cut amount in half)
- 20 oz. pineapple (tidbits, drained with juice reserved)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- steamed rice (my suggestion as a side)
- spinach (my suggestion as a side)
