- 1 cup honey (any kind will do. I use the cheap stuff!)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (sliced thinly)
- 1 fresh lime juice (squeeze)
- fresh ground black pepper
- 12 oz. shrimp (I used frozen but if you have fresh will be even better!)
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets (blanched)
- 1 zucchini (medium size)
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (Slurry mix a few spoonfuls of cornstarch with cold water and mix until cornstarch is dissolved)
- lime (for garnish, optional)
