    it was very good. i used 2 pork chops so halved ingredients. one chopped garlic and 1 tbsp garlic butter. cooking time was perfect, chops not dry. thks for recipe. will do again

    They were okay. Likely my fault. May have overcooked just a tad. I suspect my pork chops were thinner than the author’s.

    I never eat much but I was ready for seconds with this recipe. So good and easy to fix. I did peas with mushrooms & pearl onions, then put the chop over white Vermont cheddar cheese mashed potatoes. My mom was in heaven eating this meal.

    Ok. Hubby liked it a bit more sweeter. Will use more honey next time. Or real maple syrup

    Wonderful! And very easy to prep and cook. This will be a regular. I used cast iron skillet on high. 8 mins on each side. Chops were cooked through. Nice crust on each side but still very moist. Chops were probably 1 1/2-2” each. Love the sauce! YUM 😜
