  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves roasted garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked, roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes (halved, or quartered if they are large)
