This recipe tasted great...the only thing I would change is baking the chicken with the sauce. I found this method made it slightly soggy. Next time, I would fry until cooked through, toss in the sauce and serve. This way you get crispy pieces of chicken.
Good recipe :) Will make again, with my improvisation.
