Family stamp of approval. Both my daughters ate it and hubby said it was “all right”. The chicken does have that crockpot texture but I found it flavourful. If in doubt, make more sauce so you can drizzle over chicken and rice.

Don't make this unless you like the taste of plain boiled chicken. Because there is ZERO flavor. Do. Not. Recommend.

THIS RECIPE WAS AMAZING. I DIDN'T USE THE PRESSURE COOKER AND MY SAUCE SEPARATED BUT THE CHICKEN WAS STILL AMAZING. I DID ADD ABOUT 1 1/2 MORE SOY SAUCE BUT IT WAS GREAT. NEXT TIME I TRY THIS I AM GOING TO HAVE TO GET A PRESSURE COOKER AND USE IT.

We loved this recipe! I'd give it 4-1/2 Stars, if possible. However, due to personal preferences, I used a brown sugar-garlic barbeque sauce instead of the honey, a bit more minced garlic and lower-sodium soy sauce. Prepared it in a new electric pressure cooker and was very pleased! Thank you!
