Really good and very simple! For ease, next time I will just quarter the carrots all the way versus leaving them together at the bottom.

Absolutely loved this. Even my wife who is not a big fan of carrots came back for more.

This worked out ok. However, I don't blame the recipe as much as I do the carrots. To me, there was just a hint of flavor and not 'exploding' with flavor (which I understand carrots are extremely dense) so I almost had to use my imagination to taste what I expected to taste. Also I didn't have parsley so that was a factor as well but that would not have changed the carrot flavor absorption. I also had to bake the carrots longer than prescribed to get them to the softness I was looking for.

Modified the recipe a little and everything turned out delicious! It’s a perfect little side dish

They turned out great. Recipe is right on and already making them for my second time!

I have made something similar to this for years. You can use brown sugar and melted butter, instead of honey you wish. I also love a bit of any or all of the following...according to taste...ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground allspice. Nummy!!!

Loved these. Thinner carrots were easier to cut and were tender after 15 mins in the oven

Awesome flavor, though i agree with other commenters on cooking it longer. I look forward to making it again. It's a nice flavorful change of pace.

Based on other reviews, I cut the carrots diagonally, which meant they came out tender in 15 minutes, but the flavor was lacking. Did everything else as the recipe called for. Probably won’t make again.

Pretty tasty. I boiled them a little before putting them in the oven so they were softer!

It's Good with pepper. With the remaining mixture and only addition of pepper I've made one of the most delicious baked pangas in my life 😍

they were delicious! The cut it asked for on the carrots was challenging but worth it! yum will make again. Everyone from my toddler to my husband loved them.

Everybody loved them. Next time I’ll use less butter. Be sure to line the pan with foil.

I cut the carrots diagonally but I do recommend more cooking time, not too much more. You don’t want mushy carrots

It was really good like a treat. I had to use maple syrup instead of honey. It wasn’t as moist looking but it taste great.

Was summer yummy! I used baby carrots cut in half since they were pretty thick all were gone and asked for more. Will be making again

Good flavor. I cut it in half and needed to bake 10 mins longer. I didn’t have all same size so the larger ones needed the extra time.

Carrots needed to be cooked significantly longer and the pan should be lined. There was no way the creator of this recipe did not omit some of these critical preparation instructions. Disappointed.
