Made this for company, very moist and tasty. Did bake it for an additional 10 minutes then broiled for 5.

Amazing! I used a 2lb tenderloin and doubled the sauce. I cooked it for 45 minutes to an hour and let it rest for 10 minutes. It came out perfectly and tender too.

This was super easy to make and was actually really moist. It was missing a little flavor but I will definitely be making this again based on how easy it was for a weeknight meal!

THE BOMB. I mean truly. My husband hates mustard with a passion, but absolutely loved this combination. I roasted two tenderloins, along w/doubling the honey-mustard. I marinated the pork for 25 minutes, in a large baggy along with eight cloves of crushed garlic, fresh lemon juice to speed up marination and seasoned it with season salt and finely ground black pepper, and a bit of olive oil. For sides, I made a large pan of three cheese scalloped potatoes and a nice amount of carrots done in a brown-butter brown sugar sauté with fresh pepper. It was orgasmic—I can’t make this stuff up. It was easy from start to finish and economical for a second meal for my family! The tenderloins were exceptional quality and I’m so happy that I took advantage of the sale at Target (Hornet brand). The bomb-diggity baby! 🙌🏻

Fantastic flavor, but would leave uncovered the last 5-10 minutes when broiling to get the crispy finish. Great recipe!

It was pretty good. I enjoyed the sauce. I️ would cook it slightly less time next time. It was a little too well done.

Due to not so good planning from my side I did not get the crispy top, still great way to make pork

Fantastic flavor. I used a traditional Dijon without the stone ground texture, so it didn't crisp up per recipe, but the flavor was still there. Next time, I'll slice the pork before a final few minutes of cook time and pour additional glaze

This turned out REALLY well & easy. No marinating necessary, which is a plus. GREAT combination of flavors. Def on my "make again" list!

Very nice and healthy recipe. Can't wait to make again. I didn't do the broil though. Just roasted and i cooked longer because I realized I purchased a pork loin. But it still turned out great.
