Yummy soft cookies! I halved the recipe and got 8 medium (3 1/2”) cookies. Will make again!

It turned out to be great. I baked them for 10-13 mins and they could maybe be baked a little bit longer but they are still delicious

Amazing!! As an experiment, I used softened butter instead of melted (It was unsalted butter, so I threw in a teaspoon of salt with my flour and baking soda) and it turned out great! I will definitely make this again! To anyone reading this, experiment with the types of honey you use!
