really good sauce! i did a small tweak to it. i didn't use apple juice. i did add a spoon of Worcestershire sauce, a splash of raspberry wine and use only one chipotle pepper.
the family loved it. it went on chicken thighs skewers that i marinated with a homemade Puerto Rican adobo mix... delicious 😋
