These carrots are easy and delicious. I put them on foil and roasted them on the grill. My husband asked to have these added to our standard veggie selection

SO GOOD!!! Next time will broil carrots each side after cooking and make more or save some of the parsley dressing to add, turn off broiler and leave in the oven a little longer.

This was so delicious. My husband asked me to save this recipe. It was that good.

So yummy! We always have carrots on hand so this was great and simple - paired with BBQ chicken - a classic winner. My husband loved them!

It was good! I probably could skip the garlic for this one, although I love garlic.. I think it’d be more palatable for my son that way. I also turned the oven on broil for the last couple minutes to give my carrots a little charring! Good stuff!

I made this easy delicious recipe and it turned out great. It makes an excellent side dish. Thanks!

I took out the garlic and added a bit of rosemary, mainly because I wanted my carrots a bit sweeter tasting to pair with my very savory dinner. Very easy and yummy!

Liked it at first, but it’s just too strong. Keep in mind that you can’t eat a lot of it.

Delicious - I will be making these again! I couldn't decide whether to use butter or olive oil, so I made both versions for a side-by-side comparison. My husband and I liked both, but he thought that the carrots with olive oil were just slightly better (it wasn't a blind taste test, so he could have been swayed by knowing that olive oil is more heart healthy than butter...).

i didnt follow the cooking directions as the carrots were slightly harder than i like. i roasted the coated carrots 30 minutes total stirring every 10 mins. yum 😁

Really delicious brought them to thanksgiving & everyone wanted the recipe. In the future I may use baby carrots just to save on prep time.
