Very good have to make sure to adjust recipe depending on how big the tenderloin is the recipe is based on a rather small sized tenderloin

Not too bad. Meat wasn’t as tender as I would have liked. Couldn’t taste the Cajun seasoning.

So I’m a bit special and can’t do honey or chilli so substituted with maple syrup and Tuscan seasoning. Happy to report its absolutely YUMMO!

Soo tender and tasty.
I followed the directions exactly except I cooked for 10 minutes and temped at 149 degrees. The sauce wasn’t to great but edible. Maybe it was my cooking. I will try again:)

I followed everything as directed very juicy and tender will def make again at the end. I didn’t use the drippings in my cast iron skillet instead I melted 2 tablespoons of butter 1 teaspoon of honey AND the juices from the meat wrapped in foil. This dish I will make again ... I browned my butter mixture a little too much for my liking is why I made a extra sauce at the end. It was my fault not the receipt

Juicy and light flavor - perfect - and my juices didn’t burn. Will definitely be making this again

It turned out pretty great; so excited at how perfectly cooked my tenderloin was! Flavor was good. I don’t know if they use clarified butter or not, but I did not and I pulled mine out of the oven right as disaster was about to strike with the butter/honey situation...there was no way I was going to be able to make a drizzle sauce from that char. I’ll try it again with clarified or ghee next time.

The best and the easiest way to make pork tenderloin if you don’t have time after job :)
