Turned out great, didn’t have much honey so I added some golden syrup to the mix. I also wrapped the chicken pieces in bacon, paired well with the honey flavour.

I had to take a few liberities due to what I had on hand, but I tried not to change the recipe into something completely different. I was not disappointed and neither was anyone else. I didn't have any curry powder so I made a blend of equal parts (~1 tsp each) ground cumin, coriander powder, tumeric, ginger, and ~ 1/2 tsp sea salt. Since I was using boneless, skinless chicken breasts which don't require a long cook time, I wanted to maximize the flavor of the meat. Instead of mixing the seasoning in the sauce I dry rubbed the chicken and let it sit. For the sauce I used hot honey. I baked uncovered in a stoneware dish for about 20 minutes at 400F and only basted once. Even my picky eater loved this chicken. The flavor was wonderful, the chicken was moist and tender, and sauce was amazing. Next time I will mix some of the seasoning in the sauce, but I was really happy with the dry rub.

Very nice dish, quite simple, got really good reviews. The skin did not crisp ip very well, partly because we were constantly putting moisture on it. Could’ve done a dry brine longer and possibly put butter under the skin to help with that. Also, the basting every 15 minutes is a little obnoxious. However, the flavor was excellent and I will plan to do this dish again. Next time, I would probably recommend finishing the chicken off on a low broil for the last five minutes or so to increase the Maillard reaction

Very tasty and tender! The only thing I added was seasoning to my liking but all the ingredients worked beautifully together. I will be making this again!

I used shortening in place of butter to make it dairy free.

The chicken was superb. I did add extra seasoning for my taste and everyone enjoyed it. I actually shared the ingredients and recipe with my sister n law because my brother enjoyed it so much.

I made this for my family tonight and must say it didn't go over that well. It looked delicious but the flavor fell flat. I won't make it again.

It was easy and delicious, the only thing I did differently was added some roasted garlic salt. Yes I will make it several more times.
