Pretty good. I didn't add as much apple cider vinegar (only about 2 tbs). Even just 2 tbs was too overpowering so I ended up adding another tbs of honey and it created a much sweeter flavor. If you like a more acidic/tangy bbq sauce then 2-4 tbs of apple cider vinegar would be good for you. We just personally like ours sweeter.
