- 5 Tbsp. butter (at room temp)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1/3 cup whole milk

- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil (or canola oil)
- 1 brown onion (or small yellow, finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine (or sherry)
- 3/4 lb. barbecued pork (roasted Chinese, diced into 1/4″ cubes)
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 4 tsp. oyster sauce
- 4 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1.75 oz. fresh chives (package of, chopped)
- 1 egg (mixed with 1 tsp water)
- 1 Tbsp. honey (mixed with 1 tsp hot water)
- 2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives ((reserved))
