- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup wildflower honey
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract (pure)
- 1/8 salt (a teaspoon of)
- 1 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. water
- peaches (LEMON THYME)
- 1 Tbsp. thyme leaves (you may use lemon-thyme if you can find it.)
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 peaches (large, pitted and sliced, I preferred the skins on for more color)
