- 4 cups egg noodles (cooked in salted water and drained)
- 4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Parmesan (plus an additional 1/8 cup, See notes)
- 1/2 cup green onions (sliced thin)
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
- salt
- pepper (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil (plus more as needed)
- 1/2 cup diced red onions
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers (diced)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 14.5 oz. diced petite tomatoes (do not drain)
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/8 tsp. seasoning salt (more or less to taste)
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese (use block cheese)
- 1 cup cheese (shredded sharp, use block cheese)
- 1 3/4 cups mozzarella (I used whole milk mozzarella cheese)

Excellent!! Didn’t change anything except had to use different type of noodles. Came together nicely doubled the recipe on the meat and most all the ingredients made a HUGE amount of food in a 9x13 pan! I will definitely make it again for my family!!

I thought it would turn out like a hot mess, but Oh My Goodness - this was DELICIOUS!! We had a good amount of leftovers because there only the two of us, but those didn’t even last long, it was that good!

Great recipe! Adding the cream and cheese directly to the noodles helps it stick and really adds a nice flavor!

I didn't have peppers or sharp cheddar so I used a can of Rotel in place of the regular tomatoes. I also put it under the broiler for a couple minutes to give it a nice brown top. Turned out very good

Delicious although I must say I took some liberty . I added mushrooms and spinach since they were in the fridge. I also used butternut pasta and the autumnal pasta sauce from Trader Joe’s in place of egg noodles and petite tomatoes. Made a wonderful fall dish

Loved it .making again. Will make.. over and over again .only I omitted the seasoning salt.

Our entire family plus guest loved this meal! Thank you so much!!! I didn't have tomato paste so I improvised a little! Hopefully, I wrote down the changes I made! lol!!!! SERIOUSLY it was GREAT AND WILL BECOME A NORMAL FREEZER MEAL ROTATION!
I USED PROTEIN BEAN PASTA AND EVERYONE STILL LOVED IT!

This is a great casserole. I recommend doing all of the prep work in advance (like even the day before). The flavors are wonderful.
