These bars turned out great! I used a little bit more nut butter since I didn’t have enough honey at the time (3/4 cup almond butter and 1/4 cup peanut butter, and a little less than 1/2 cup of honey). I added 1/4 cup each of dried cranberry’s, raisins, and shredded coconut, then I added 1/2 cup each of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Delicious! Thanks for the recipe! My 2 year old son loves them too!
