Yum! Yes, made a half batch, but followed directions exactly. Topped with everything bagel seasoning.

I made a 1/3 portion to make 5 larger buns. I appreciate the detailed directions and photos. I chose to top with coarse salt, pepper, poppyseeds, and onion powder. My oven usually takes a longer bake time, but these were well done right at twenty minutes. I will be careful of that next time because the bottoms of the buns were a little hard, but they were a beautiful toasted color and smelled and tasted great.
