Excellent recipe! Great tasting! I baked them for 11 minutes and they were perfect! Next time I will sprinkle a little Maldon salt flakes on top before baking! Definitely making these again!

Really easy bun recipe. I’d recommend to watch the video first because she leaves out some info in the steps. I added about 1 tbsp of the sugar and salt to the yeast and water to help feed the yeast (for my own reference). I used my stand mixer to mix dough together. I’d check the buns at 10 minutes next time because mine were a bit darker than I wanted. Will make again.

I was so intimidated to make bread but after reading Rachel’s blog I felt hopeful. These were super easy and we loved them. I will make these over and over and over again.
