I use selfrising flour and excluded the baking powder, they came out great. I think using buttermilk might be a good thing also I believe either way depending on your taste would be exceptional.

Quite delicious. I over beat the egg whites the first time and they still turned out well.

Excellent, substitutes 50% of the milk with buttermilk. Best waffles I have had.
