- 2 tsp. honey (or maple syrup to taste, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic (aged)
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (replace all of vinegar with this)
- 2 tsp. dried herbs (choice OR 1 tablespoon fresh, thyme + basil, Italian, oregano, etc.)
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar (replaces regular vinegar)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (or to taste)
