- 16 oz. firm tofu (pacakage, I used the high-protein tofu from Trader Joe's)
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
