This was a very good recipe. I will use it again. I used 4 egg yolks instead of 3, and I added an extra teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt. Next time I may reduce the sugar a little. My main issue is that it does not make much ice cream. I should probably have doubled the recipe for 6 adults.
