My childhood best friend’s mom used to make this and boy oh boy did this take me back. Perfect icing for my wedding cake with strawberry jam filling. Try it, you’ll love it!

Would make it again. added about 5 oz of plain cream cheese and substitute milk qith yogurtfor a bit tangy taste....yum!
