It turned out Perfect! I went with the crockpot method and then blended with my nutribullet. It was exactly what I was looking for. I made it as baby food for my baby girl. Blend more if you want a baby food consistency and less if you want it chunkier like normal applesauce. It was delicious. I went with gala apples this time around. So good. But I can imagine it would be even yummier with a honey crisp apple.
