- 2 stalks celery
- 3 large carrots (halved)
- 2 onions (large, halved)
- 2 sprigs fresh sage
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 head garlic (no need to peel)

- pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. potato (bag of The Little, Company's Blushing Belle)
- 2 lb. turkey meat (leftover, we salvaged a lot off the turkey carcass)
- 16 cups homemade turkey broth (or more if desired)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 celery (stocks, diced)
- 1 sweet red pepper (diced)
- 1 lb. carrots (diced)
- 1 leek (washed, trim, and diced)
- 2 onions (diced)
- 1 cup corn (frozen, fresh, or leftover)
- salt
- pepper
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 sprig sage leaves
