Great recipe. Do not leave the tomato peals or seeds, they will add too much acidity to your sauce. Add some 8 tbs of cento passata and 3 tbs of cento tomato paste with 1 cup of water. It will elevate this recipe to heaven!! 😋

The sauce turned out fantastic. Trying to decide to go ahead and make spaghetti sauce or freeze it!

I used cherry tomatoes from our garden so I didn’t peel them. I added some peppers which were in the fridge and doubled the amount of garlic. I also added some red pepper flakes for a little punch. I will definitely be making this recipe again. Very tasty!

I like mine a bit sweeter so I added more sugar. I also increased the garlic and added thyme as well.
I will definitely make this again and again.

Delicious!!! I modified slightly, added extra garlic (always) and was working from the garden, so I used an assortment of tomatoes. Would make again!

The recipe turned out great. Very easy to follow recipe, with a very flavourful sauce in the end. A great way to use up tomatoes that are close to their end date.
