Tastes wonderful and isn’t too sweet or salty 😊 I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of adding a 1/4 cup of mirin. Definitely will be keeping this recipe for future meals 👍🏻 Thank you!

Super easy to whip up and good! I do more like 3/4 c water and closer to 1/2 c liquid aminos (soy sauce) for the main simmer. Swap in some monkfruit brown sugar. We use this for rice bowls (mix in some shirataki rice shaped noodles) w salmon, tofu, or chicken/Quorn and steamed broccoli and also for a sushi dipping sauce. Could do a number of rice bowl variations. This sauce would also be great as a stir fry sauce or glazed on grilled chicken or salmon.

I make this sauce all the time. it's the best recipe I found. It's very easy and quick to make. My familie's favorite and we have some very picky eaters.

Turned out well but make sure to add 1/2 cup of soy sauce and 3/4 cup of water

It was great! I ended up doubling the cornstarch mixture so it could thicken much more and it was really good.

Really enjoyed this recipe. Used 1tsp of dried minced garlic, but turned out fantastic. I kept stirring after I added cornstarch mix as sauce thickened. Pulled off the heat after my desired thickness. Adding this to our recipe book for future use!

This is a quick and easy recipe! It is so good! I just added crushed red pepper to spice it up.

It was used with stir fry vegetables and one of our guests said it was the best she's ever had. A few chilli flakes were added to the recipe. I concur, it tasted great.

His turned out really well! I used flour instead of cornstarch and omitted garlic, but it was still great!

Delicious!! I grilled my chicken and chopped it, quick sauté with carrots and broccoli. Served on a bed of rice and this sauce was a beautiful final touch!
