Tasted great! Added a little southern twist and substituted the sweet relish for chow chow and it was perfect on PO’ Boy Sandwiches

I love this recipe so much, although I did add a 1/4 teaspoon of raw garlic and some fresh dill. So delicious.

Came out great. Makes a pretty large amount - our family of four barely made a dent in it. We used it for fish sandwiches. If you are using it more like a dip, it may go faster. Depending on how many people you're feeding, you may want to half it or have some other tartar-sauce-using meal within a couple of days of making a batch.
