    Came out great. Makes a pretty large amount - our family of four barely made a dent in it. We used it for fish sandwiches. If you are using it more like a dip, it may go faster. Depending on how many people you're feeding, you may want to half it or have some other tartar-sauce-using meal within a couple of days of making a batch.

    Great recipe! I added 1/2 tsp of onion powder and 1 tsp of cayenne, and it was perfect!
