  • 2 tablespoons chili powder (use 1 part if you prefer less spicy seasoning)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano (I used ground but I read a lot of recipes using dried so if you have that I would recommend using dried)
  • salt (adjust as needed in the recipe)
  • chili powder (optional)
  • ground coriander (optional)
