- 2 Tbsp. chili powder (use 1 part if you prefer less spicy seasoning)
- 2 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried oregano (I used ground but I read a lot of recipes using dried so if you have that I would recommend using dried)
- salt (adjust as needed in the recipe)
- chili powder (optional)
- ground coriander (optional)
