- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour (or white whole wheat flour)
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. corn starch
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. coconut oil (at room temperature, may sub butter)
- 2 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
