- 2 shallots (chopped)
- 7 anchovies (in oil plus 1-2 tablespoons of the oil they came in, or capers, olives or sun-dried tomatoes)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 8 sage leaves (fresh)
- chili flakes (to taste)
- olive oil (a few tablespoons)
- Parmigiano Reggiano
