- 14 oz. black olives (drained and sliced)
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar (up to 4 tbs*)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. salt (to taste*)
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (optional)
