Warning- you will want to eat every single one, and you will. You'll make them when no one else is home, just so that you can, Eat. Every. Single. One. I've started making these weekly. Sometimes 2, 3, yes 4 times a week. I usually skip the cheese sauce, I sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon sugar (try adding a pinch of ground ginger to your cinnamon sugar, you won't regret it) after the egg wash. My only other deviations; I use 1 3/4 tsp instant yeast and I don't melt the butter, I let it get super soft (just before it starts to melt). Great recipe.
