I doubled the recipe, used a tortilla press and it made 24 5in delicious tortillas. I cooked the tortillas in my cast iron skillet, with no oil added (my skillet is over 20 yrs old). The tortillas turned out fabulous. My daughters loved them and they normally don’t like corn tortillas, The tortillas were a bit thicker than store bought (more like a flour tortilla) and didn’t fall apart when filling was added. So easy, will make them all time.
