Description
It is possible to make your own herb flavored butter. And in this homemade rosemary butter recipe you do not have to spend an incessant amount of time shaking a jar like you might have done in elementary school. Chopped rosemary is added to fresh cream and a little salt and whisked until a ball starts to form. It is then pressed into a dish or butter mold and cooled until ready to be served. Top with rosemary flowers for an elegant finish.

- cream (1/2 lt. cold)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. rosemary (fresh, tender, leaves, chopped)
- 1 tsp. rosemary (flowers)

Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl, except the rosemary flowers.
- Whisk together until the cream separates, and the butter forms a ball and sticks to the whisks, leaving the liquid in the bowl.
- Leave to drain over a colander and bowl.
