I agree with Fletcher. It was rather flat other than the vinegar. I need to doctor this up...maybe more basil, raspberry jam, pepper...? I did add a teaspoon honey but it wasn't enough. Raspberry jam might be better to give it more flavor.

Not a bad dressing, but definitely not what I was hoping for. The raspberry was all but hidden by the apple cider vinegar.

Very easy to make for a novice like me, this was actually my first time trying to make a salad dressing. I did add a tablespoon of sugar since I like my dressing a little sweeter. Love this recipe!
