It was very good and not too difficult for someone who is new to breads! I made it over medium heat on a cast iron and had decent pockets, though I used them as gyro wraps.

It tasted pretty good BUT it didn’t puff up and make the pocket. I baked it so there’s no reason it shouldn’t have :(
