The process was not easy but not hard. It is easier when you have all of the right tools to make it, such as cookie cutters. I enjoyed the pierogies, they are thick and very filling. The appearance was not as expected and looked slightly deformed. Make sure to manipulate the dough properly. I added garlic powder and McCormick steak seasoning to the filling. I recommend this recipe!
