the cough drops are really tasty, for me I had to pop 5 of these to make them work but it did get rid of my sore throat, but coconut oil has a lot of fat (which is something I don't worry about), and if you want an less fatter option then make a cup of tea add some honey, then a few drops of essential oil. but back to the cough drops I say it's a more natural way instead of those cough drops with menthol but it only cures your throat unlike Halls brand.
