- 1 bar chocolate
- 7 oz. cacao
- 3/4 cup heavy cream (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt (or more to taste, only if using unsalted peanuts)
