- 1 shallots (large or 2 small, diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed or chopped finely)
- pepper
- salt
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. canela (I'm a huge fan of the roasted saigon cinnamon)
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup peaches (fresh, pulse them in the food processor, I like to leave mine a bit chunky)
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 fresh lemon
