    This was fantastic! And easy to make for a beginner like me! I used 28oz of canned diced tomatoes and it seems to have worked just fine. I don’t like spice so I left out the jalapeños but it was plenty flavorful. Highly recommend, and enough for leftovers for tomorrow and some to freeze!
