Followed directions to the "T" using my Kitchenaid roller/cutter and came out to perfection! Dried the leftovers and they equally came out to perfection. First time making homemaxe pasta and keeping this recipe as my go-to.

Perfect. Used all-purpose only. Came out just fine in my opinion. I let it dry for a few hours before boiling, just so I could run errands and such. Highly recommend and will use again. First time doing homemade pasta so the lengths aren’t uniform. Don’t have a mixer so I did it all by hand it really wasn’t that bad!

We used a Kitchenaid mixer and it worked out great! The dough was too wet at the given measurements for us, but we just add more flour until we got the consistency we wanted.
