    Soooo much better then I expected WOW My family loved it and we will eat it again it was so easy and barely took any time I can’t wait to eat it again thank you!

    Used my rolling pin, folded up dough, left in container in fridge for a few hours, cut my noodles while the dough was folded, right before cooking. Pulling the noodles apart was a little tedious so I will consider that in my prep/timeline next time. Turned out great!!! I alternated between rolling each strip, giving each a few seconds to rest. It was not difficult to get them thin and I used a lot of flour on my counter. I used all purpose flour.
