Very good and super easy. I added vanilla extract and cinnamon to mine. They came out super fluffy

very quick and easy and tastes a lot better than box store brands. Pancakes came out fluffy and tender, didn't fall apart when you forked it. As I go along I'll be making adjustments to make this my own. Thanks.

This recipe didn’t work out for me. Not sure if it was the type of flour I had on hand (coconut flour), but the mix turned out very thick and I had to add more milk and some water to thin it out enough to fry up the pancakes.

This turned out really well! I had to add a little bit more flour to thicken it. So delicious!

Too much baking powder. Overwhelmed the taste of the pancakes. Next time I will try one teaspoon of baking powder. I will also add a tablespoon more of sugar.

This is my go to pancake mix now making pancakes in the morning is easy as measure the mix into a bowl, add the egg, milk and butter and done

I think the mix could use more tablespoon of sugar, bringing the mix to 1/4 cup sugar. Other than that, this recipe was pretty good! My 2 year old daughter and I ate four pancakes. I have 5 left. That is with using 1 cup of the mix with the recommended directions. The picture is the rushed pancakes. We already ate the pretty ones while I had these on the skillet, which is where the last pancake was still cooking. Fluffiness was just right.
