  • 4 cups nuts (and/or seeds, either one sort or mixed, for example 1 cup / 135 g cashew nuts, 1 cup / 135 g almonds, 1 cup / 135 g brazil nuts, 1 cup / 135 g sunflower seeds)
  • 3 pinches sea salt
  • 1 cup nut butter (standard, preferably using half cashew nuts, half sunflower seeds)
  • 2 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
