  • 6 slices Canadian bacon (pan-fried until almost crispy, drained and cooled)
  • 1 can Vienna sausages (sliced about 1/4 inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
  • 1 large egg
